- 1. Q: How can I get samples?
A: We could offer you samples if you have a Fedex or DHL account or other courier freight- collectable account and agree to pay the courier freightr.You could also send us the samples
- charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
2. Q: How can I get your price list?
A: Please send us your E-mail or fax and your order information.
3. Q: Can we make our logo or company name printed on your products or the package?
A: Yes, you can. We can print your Logo and company name etc in our products by silk screen- printing according to your artwork design, and the minimum quantity for silk screen printing is
- 2000 units per logo. You can send us the
artwork design in JPG, TIF, AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw formats.
4. Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?
A: We accept terms of T/T in advance or L/C at sight, and T/T preferable under US$20,000. We don't accept payment by credit card.
5. Q: Is there other payment method available?

6. Q: How can we become your sole distributor?
A: If you can sell our products USD20,000 to USD50,000 per month, you could be one of our- distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per

A: Sorry, we are manufacturer and exporter, we only serve column buyers and don't accept retail order.
